AWANA

AWANA is an international Bible club for youth that promotes the memorizing of God's Word. The AWANA club year at Grace Baptist Church starts September 11th and ends April 29th. Club handbook time is 9:00 to 9:30 Sunday mornings. Club Game and Council Time is scheduled once a month check the church calendar for specific times. We have AWANA groups for 3-4 yrs (Cubbies), K-2nd Grade (Sparks), 3rd-6th Grade (Truth & Training), 7th and 8th Grade (Trek), and 9th-12th Grade (Journey).

Cubbies: The Cubbies club is for 3-4 year olds. They learn Bible truths through stories, puppets, games and crafts. Note, children must be potty trained in order to attend Cubbies.

Sparks: The Sparks club is for K-2nd grade. The Sparks material covers the gospel and basic truths about God and the Bible. They enjoy learning their Bible verses, earning awards and having fun together during game time.

Truth & Training (T&T): T&T club is for 3rd - 6th grade. Children work through four handbooks over the T&T club years. The handbooks have an emphesis on the gospel message and Scripture memory. T&T club members enjoy achiving awards and participating in game time.

Trek: Trek club is for 7th and 8th grade. Trek club members continue to memorize God's Word and learn what the Bible has to say about some of the challenges they may be facing through the middle school years. They also enjoy a game time designed for them.

Journey: Journey club is for 9th - 12th grade. The Journey club offers biblically based content, life application lessons, Scripture memory, and in-depth, focused discipleship. They also have fun during game time.
