The OTHER Side (1 Peter 5:10)
Trust the God of all grace in the midst of your problems!
- Problems are inevitable
Don’t be surprised by problems!
(1 Peter 4:12, John 16:33)
This life isn’t the answer – but we can cling to the answer during this life!
Will you trust in circumstances?
- Our rulers? No! (Ps 146:3, 118:8-9)
- Our work? No! (Ps 20:7, Prov 21:31)
- Our God? Yes! (1 Peter 4:19)
- Problems are difficult
We are weak regardless of circumstances.
We can best enjoy God’s power when we recognize our weakness! (2 Cor 12:8-9)
We await God’s strengthening power.
In the meantime?
We entrust ourselves to our faithful God while faithfully doing good.
- Problems are temporary
Can you fathom how much better it will be?
Our perspective is challenged!
- Our problems are a short time
(1 Peter 1:6, 5:10, 2 Corinthians 4:17) - Our problems are a light burden
(2 Corinthians 4:17, Romans 8:18)
The true “other side” is eternal glory in Christ, with Him!
