Value children as blessings! (Psalm 127:3-5)
Receive children as important! (Matthew 18:5)
Invest in children as worthwhile! (Proverbs 22:6)

Become like the valuable children among us!

1. Children grasp the simplicity of the gospel

God pursues, and God saves. So even children can enter the kingdom!
We must turn from trusting ourselves to new thinking!
Beware of hindering the faith of children!

2. Children pattern the humility of dependence

Put on simple, helpless, trusting dependence!
Learn to long for Jesus, like children wanting attention!
Surrender self-greatness and adore Jesus’ greatness!

3. Children have the eagerness to follow

Children are being molded to become like someone.
Give children an example to imitate – as you imitate Christ! (1 Corinthians 11:1)
Children are entrusted to us as parents, as disciples, and as a church. We are stewards! (Colossians 1:28-29)
