Pursue God in hard times!

1. Repent quickly

Beware of a stubborn, ignorant, unrepentant attitude!

• Focused on blaming others
• Grasping for false hope (Psalm 33:17)
• Compounding pain (Psalm 32:3)

Take responsibility for your sin! (2 Samuel 24:17)

2. Serve faithfully

We are called to be “in the world” (John 17:11) but not “of the world” (John 17:16).
Courageously take risks to serve God and invest in His people!
There is great power in ordinary, behind-the-scenes ministry!
Would God describe you as one who “fears the Lord greatly”?

3. Confront wisely

We represent God by speaking and living the Word of God.
We might be hated when we stand for truth. (John 15:18-19)
Step in and speak up when others are living in destructive patterns! (Galatians 6:1)
